SODIC commits to delivering products ordered by the customer on the website within the timeframes indicated at the time of order. Delivery times are expressed in business days and may vary depending on the delivery location and product availability.

Article 2 : Delivery Areas

Deliveries are made in the Ile de France region. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us for a personalized quote.

Article 3 : Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight, volume of products, and delivery location. They are indicated before order confirmation and are added to the price of the ordered products.

Article 4 : Delivery Methods

SODIC offers different delivery methods, including standard delivery, express delivery, and pick-up at relay points. The choice of delivery method is made by the customer during the order process.

Article 5 : Order Reception

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the condition of the products and immediately report any anomaly or damage to the carrier and SODIC.

Article 6 : Delay and Non-delivery

In case of delay or non-delivery, the customer is invited to contact SODIC for information on the status of their order. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer can cancel their order and request a refund.
